This fun drink was served at the now-extinct Cove Bar (now Lamplighter's Lounge) at Disney California Adventure theme park.
Ingredients
Ice
3 oz sweet and sour
1 oz Fusion liqueur
½ oz vodka
½ oz rum
Soda water
Blue curaçao float
Lemon-lime whipped cream
Instructions
Fill glass with ice, then carefully add the following one at a time to keep them separated for the best visual impact:
Sweet and sour
Fusion liqueur
Rum and vodka (pour together)
Soda water
Blue curaçao
Spray the top of the drink with lemon-lime whipped cream.
