A cocktail that conjures the essence of a Barcelona summer.
Ingredients
10 muddled peppercorns
2 oz Gothic Gin
1¼ oz orange juice
½ oz Amaro Nonino
¼ oz lime juice
Garnish with orange twist (or edible flower)
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peppercorns. Add ice, Gothic Gin, orange juice, Amaro Nonino, and lime juice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist or an edible flower.
