Toffee Gin

If you can't find toffee gin on the shelf, Craft Gin Club has a simple method. Just put 135 g (or about 1/2 cup) of Werther's hard toffees in a food processor and pulverize them into a powder. Add 200 ml (or about 7 oz) of gin and the toffee powder to a large lidded glass jar and shake. Keep shaking throughout the day until the toffee powder is completely dissolved, and you're all set!
